Sintered Filter Tube
Mesh & Porous Types for Industrial Filtration
Sintered metal tubes are a modern filtration solution.
Sintered filter tube is a rigid cylindrical filtration element produced by sintering multiple layers of metal woven mesh or metal powder under high temperature and vacuum. The process creates a uniform porous structure with controlled pore distribution, high mechanical strength, and reliable backwash performance. Available as sintered mesh filter tubes and sintered porous tubes, it is designed for demanding filtration applications under high pressure, elevated temperatures, and corrosive conditions, making it ideal for petrochemical processing, hydraulic systems, polymer filtration, gas purification, and water treatment.

Sintered Mesh Filter Tube
Sintered mesh filter tube is one of the most widely used types of filter media in the filtration industry. It typically features a five-layer structure, including a protective layer, a filtration control layer, a dispersion layer, a supporting skeleton layer, and a backbone layer. The number of layers and their thicknesses can be flexibly customized to meet specific application demands and customer requirements.
